1. Do you ship over seas?

We ship orders worldwide. The shopping cart will calculate the correct shipping fee for your order. Or you can send us an email with the items that you are interested in and their quantities

2. How long does it take to complete an order?

All parts are made to order. Depending on our work load most order take a few days to process. Larger or more complex orders will take longer to process and can take up to a week to complete. All US orders are shipped via USPS priority mail. A notification email will be sent when the order is received and has been shipped.  

3. I don't have Paypal, can I send payment another way?

If you don't have paypal you can still use your credit card to purchase off the website. Follow this link that will show you how. 

We also accept Personal checks and money orders. With personal checks your order's shipping will be delayed for check clearance. If you would like to use these alternate methods send us an email with a list of the items that you would like to order, their quantities, and a shipping address. 

4. Do you sell pre built 1/6th scale models?

The models that you see on ECA belong to my personal collection and are not for sale. I do accept commission builds. More information can be found here.

It is our policy at ECA, that we do not condone or tolerate the reduplication of any ECA products for
re-marketing purposes, without our consent and/or knowledge. All of our products have certain hidden identification features that we will know are ECA’s. If open piracy does occur, we will take the matter to legal recourse.  However, if individuals want to recreate ECA parts under license, that’s another option and can be discussed with us by clicking here.
